The mysterious game, The Day Before, has sparked a lot of interest and even disbelief among gamers, with many eagerly waiting for more from the zombie survival series. However, the game might soon be referred to by a different name. 

Fntastic has filed a new trademark for Dayworld, although no direct association has been established between the game and this new title. Following past issues with trademarks related to the game's original name, some connections are being drawn. As PCGamer reports, if Dayworld becomes the new name of the game, further legal troubles might arise for Fntastic. Dayworld is also the title of a series of novels, continuing to be sold, which might lead to another round of trademark-related problems for the developer.
